1 small Beef roast ( chuck or similar)
1 small Pork roast
Brown in dutch oven till brown.
Then bake slowly until tender.
Cool till you can handle to shred.
Sauce:
1 1/4 Cup Water
1 1/2 Cup Catcup
1 stalk Celery
1 Tablespoon Chili powder
1/2 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1/3 Cup Vinegar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Tablespoon Mustard
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Liquid smoke to Taste
Simmer all ingredients combine with meat
