Oreo Ice Cream Pie

2 cups Oreo Cookies crumbs
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter (melted)
1/2 Cup Butterscotch Flavored Topping
1/2 Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream (softened)


In Food Processor Mix Crumbs and sugar and butter. Add pecan (chopped)


Remove 1 Cup. Press the rest into a 9x13 pan. Spread butterscotch topping over that. Top with ice cream then pour remaining crumbs over that.

Press in lightly freeze.

4 hours or till firm
