From the Festival of Trees cookbook
1 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoon Orange juice
Grated rind of 1 orange
2 oz. grated semi-sweet choc
2-3/3 Cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 egg
Mix together all ingredients and shape into three rolls about 1-1/2" in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight. Slice thinly and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375' for 10-12 Minutes
