French Bread Roll

Activate:


1 1/2 Cup Warm Water


1 TBL Yeast


1 TBL Sugar




Add to yeast:


1 1/2 Cup Flour


1 TBL Salt


1 TLB Oil




Add:


1 1/2 -2 Cups flour


Knead and make in to a french bread roll (long)


Rise 20min


Bake 400 20min
