Lemon Chicken Penne Pasta

2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Lemon Juice

Lemon pepper

1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesean cheese

2 Teaspoon Butter

1 pkg Penne Pasta


Marinate chicken breasts in lemon juice and lemon peper 4-6 hours, then broil or barbecue on grill, then cut into bite-size pieces.

Make pasta according to pkg. directions.

Add chicken, butter, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and cheese to hot, drained pasta.

Mix & serve
