You'll shed fewer tears if you cut the root of the onion last, or if you place them in the freezer for 5 minutes first.

These are some great kitchen hints! Hmmm... I wonder where you got them.
I will have to put some of those helpful hints to the test! 1st test will be the bacon I hate it when it curls! Thanks
